Our history
L2G Valuation is one of Quebec’s leading firms of specialized appraisers, offering the full range of appraisal services that a company needs at different stages of its corporate life, from start-up to transfer.
We started our company in 1982 under the name “Les Évaluations VALBEQ”, an acronym for Value/Building/Equipment. Even at that time, we had already set up complementary teams to meet the needs of the market.
In 2010, we integrated a team of business appraisers to meet our customers’ needs in a transactional process.
In addition, since 2016, we set up an office in Quebec City, thanks to the integration of a team of experienced evaluators established in Quebec for 40 years.
L2G Group is present in every region of Quebec. With our specialized expertise, we are able to meet the needs of our customers throughout Canada, the United States and overseas.

For several years now, we’ve had a new generation in place, starting with Maxime Larue, Pierre Larue‘s son, who heads up all operations, and Denis Goulet, who has been with the team for 20 years, is a top-level industrial equipment specialist. Jonathan Blouin completes this new team, as head of the company’s real estate division.
